The Portland Alliance is a radical, underground newspaper which has been speaking truth to power since 1981. Throughout trials and tribulations, the newspaper was in print until June of 2011. http://www.ThePortlandAlliance.org/ We have continued to publish online, but we need funds to repair or replace our old I-Mac and recover files or obtain Adobe Dreamweaver publishing software.
